That’s what I asked myself before signing up for Coffee Meets Bagel five months ago. But it actually turned out to be the best decision of my life.
Before we dive into today’s topic, I want to welcome you to our very first Mukbang episode! If you don’t know what it is, here’s a definition.
Jae and I recently discovered some magical, make-it-yourself, Korean bread/pastry at our local asian grocery store and we were blown away by its chewy, crispy deliciousness. Basically, these sesame balls complete our lives.
What you need:
- Huge bowl
- One egg
- 70 mL of water
- Throw everything into the huge bowl and mix your heart out
- Roll out the dough into small balls
- Spray the balls with water for thicker and crispier crust (or skip if you’re not into that)
- Bake it in the oven at 360 degrees for 30 minutes
They’re extremely easy to make and are the perfect snack to munch on while talking about how we met on CMB (Coffee Meets Bagel).
